Raw Caramel Apple Pie Bars

- ¾ C date paste or pitted medjool dates
- ¾ C almond butter, raw or roasted
- ¼ C coconut oil, melted
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 apple, sliced
- In a blender or food processor, add date paste, almond butter, coconut oil, cinnamon and sea salt. Blend until smooth.
- Line a square pyrex dish or something similar with parchment paper and press the mixture into the dish.
- Top with sliced apples and allow at least an hour to set in the fridge before cutting into slices and serving.
